    What you’ll do:

    • Coordinate closely with field personnel and superintendents to keep projects on track and on schedule.

    • Read blueprints and construction plans, catch intricate project details, and ensure execution matches specifications.

    • Research suppliers, source pricing options, create precise material lists, and manage procurement.

    • Draft and issue purchase orders (POs) and manage ongoing subcontractor coordination.

    • Proactively troubleshoot project bottlenecks to keep construction moving forward smoothly.

    • Own the executive calendar, coordinating and scheduling time-sensitive meetings with potential clients, subcontractors, and partners.

    • Act as a trusted sounding board for the owner—brainstorming ideas, talking through project strategies, and problem-solving business operations together.

    • Build out organizational systems to streamline project details and keep the executive side of the business in order.

    What you must have:

    • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Coordinator.

    • Hands-on experience working on residential (single-family) projects.

    • Full proficiency in reading construction plans and blueprints, plus a strong understanding of field operations.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD.

    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to pivot seamlessly from scheduling a last-minute client meeting to reviewing a material list.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with everyone from field superintendents to high-profile clients.

    • A proactive, self-starter mindset—someone who anticipates needs and brings solutions to the table.

    • An advanced level of English.

We’ve got the opportunity, you’ve got the talent. We want to hear from you! Apply now.
