About the Role:Passion Masonry LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Project Administrator to join our growing team in North Charleston, SC. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in keeping our masonry projects running smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to project managers and field crews throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, permits, and correspondence
- Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with job cost tracking (Quickbooks)
- Assist with submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing within project management systems
Requirements:- Prior administrative experience in construction, masonry, or a related trade industry preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus (Contractor Foreman)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on evolving responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
