    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Audubon is currently seeking a Project Administrator I to join our team in the Mobile AL office. The Project Administrator I will provide a wide variety of administrative support for the Project Team and for the assigned discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Completes work according to standard procedures on assignments from the assigned Project Team.
    • Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, reports, forms and other documents.
    • Transcribes documents from dictation or edits and formats documents prepared by other team members to conform to Audubon standard formats.
    • Organizes and maintains project files and project Share Point site.
    • Reports administratively and receives directions from the Managers of Projects and functionally to assigned Project Leader.
    • Develops a familiarity with basic engineering terminology and project control processes such as scope definition, design development, scheduling, estimating, cost reporting, CADD/reprographics, and document control.
    • Uses the following office equipment, such as PC's, printers, fax machines, copiers, telephone equipment, and various other office machines to complete work.
    • Familiarity with current Audubon Engineering Operations standards and templates.
    • Reserve back-up reception desk coverage, as necessary.

    HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies' Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes:
    • Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
    • Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
    • Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
    • Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Associate's Degree from a Technical Institution preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience preferred.
    • AutoCAD software experience required.
    • PDMS software experience preferred.
