    Custom Home Builder
    Ardmore, PA
    $70,000–$90,000 + Benefits + Strong PTO

    We are helping a well-established luxury custom home builder serving the Greater Philadelphia area. Known for delivering high-quality homes with exceptional craftsmanship, they are seeking a Project Administrator to support their construction team from preconstruction through project completion.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In addition to project administration responsibilities, this role will assist with estimating activities and help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and company leadership
    • Assist with bid packages, subcontractor communication, and proposal tracking
    • Help prepare quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating activities
    • Maintain project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
    • Track budgets, invoices, and project costs
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the construction process
    • Schedule meetings and maintain project timelines
    • Ensure project files are accurate, organized, and up to date
    • Support multiple residential construction projects simultaneously

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, estimating, or a similar role
    • Experience within residential or custom home construction preferred
    • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $70,000–$90,000 based on experience
