* Inputting, reviewing and updating job budgets

* Create, maintain and process subcontracts

* Process subcontract AIA billings, change orders and payments

* Manage invoices, payments, and compliance for assigned projects.

* Prepare monthly owner AIAs for customers

* Process job account payables

* Collect and track compliance documents

* Close out project accounts and reports upon project completion

* Report job cost to project manager and controller

* Maintain relationship with subcontractors on job

* Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required
