Project Accountant (Part Time)

Salary:  $30-$40/hour

What your future day will look like:

• Monitor financial performance against approved budgets
• Improve billing accuracy and facilitate smooth billing processes
• Track labor and all project costs
• Validate invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Prepare invoices and review them for accuracy
• Conduct financial reporting and analysis

Type:   Direct Hire

Benefits:

• 25 hour a week position
   

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of accounting or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of job costing or project accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to multi-task, managing multiple project and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clean personal credit
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
