Project Accountant

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 base + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant:

Manage and maintain the general ledger for assigned projects
Lead and execute month-end close processes
Review accounts payable and accounts receivable for accuracy
Support audit and tax-related activities

Qualifications for the Project Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience within property management or real estate
Experience owning month-end close and general ledger responsibilities
ERP exposure preferred (Yardi a plus)
