You'll work closely with project teams and management, helping ensure accurate job costing, timely subcontractor payments, and smooth financial operations.What You'll DoManage project accounting activities, including job costing and project financial reportingProcess and manage subcontractor invoices and paymentsAssist with project startup and setupWork collaboratively with project teams and all levels of managementParticipate in weekly progress meetings and project turnover meetingsHelp identify and resolve accounting and project-related issuesEnsure deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailWhat We're Looking For3+ years of construction accounting experienceHands-on experience with job costingExperience processing subcontractor invoicing and paymentsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordExperience with job cost accounting softwareExperience with Viewpoint, HeavyJob, and/or Access is a plusStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with team members and management at all levelsA dependable, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhy Join Flippo?Flippo Construction Company, Inc. is employee-owned, meaning our employees have a direct stake in the success of the company.
