Location: Watertown, MA – onsite work schedule
Salary: $85K–$105K

Responsibilities of the Project Accountant
- Manage project billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliations across multiple construction projects.
- Maintain project budgets, job costing, and monthly financial projections.
- Coordinate billing approvals and documentation with Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners.
- Review invoices, track project expenses, and support month-end reporting.
Qualifications of the Project Accountant
- 2+ years of accounting experience; project or construction accounting preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manage complex spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with project billing, job costing, AIA billing, and construction accounting processes.
- Experience with Sage, Procore, or similar systems is a plus.
