Project Accountant - Commercial Construction

Atlanta construction is busy and good project accountants are hard to find. I have a client, a well-established commercial general contractor that keeps growing, adding a Project Accountant to the team.

What's in it for you:

• $70K-$90K base depending on experience, plus full benefits

• Work side by side with PMs on real commercial projects

What you'll do:

• Own job costing and cost coding across multiple projects
• Prepare owner pay apps and AIA G702/G703 billings
• Review subcontractor pay apps, lien waivers and compliance
• Help with WIP schedules, cost-to-complete and month-end close
• Partner with PMs on budgets, change orders and project financials

What you bring:

• 2+ years of construction or project accounting experience
• Comfort with Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint Vista, Procore or similar
• Strong Excel skills and an eye for detail
• An accounting or finance degree is a plus
• Atlanta-area based
