ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a growing organization in Vancouver, WA, to identify a Project Accountant to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working closely with project teams and wants to take ownership of project-level financial activity.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $70,000–$80,000 salary
- Onsite position in Vancouver, WA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage accounting activities for assigned projects from setup through completion
- Prepare project billing, invoices, and supporting documentation
- Track project costs, expenses, and financial activity
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor project budgets and identify variances
- Assist with month-end close and project-related reporting
- Review AP and AR activity related to assigned projects
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Partner with project managers and operations to resolve accounting issues
- Support financial reporting and other accounting projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with project accounting, job costing, construction accounting, or a project-based environment preferred
