LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in Austin to identify a detail-oriented Project Accountant for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with experience in billing, project accounting, revenue recognition, and NetSuite.
Responsibilities
Review project-related sales orders for accuracy, including project numbers, class codes, discounts, and alignment with approved quotes.
Process customer billings after project fulfillment, ensuring sales tax, project details, and coding are accurate.
Execute and review revenue recognition processes in NetSuite, including journal entries and supporting documentation.
Review vendor invoices for proper project and account coding.
Assist with other accounting and project-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or project accounting experience.
Experience with NetSuite preferred.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition and invoicing processes.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $37.00 per hour
