Progressive Die Blanking Press Operator
Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Minneapolis, MN
A day in your steel-toe boots
When the pressroom comes alive at 6:00 AM, you’re at the center of it—loading material, dialing in the punch press, and watching raw coil become precision parts. You keep production flowing: supporting blanking work and progressive die runs, verifying part quality, helping with setups and changeovers, and preparing completed parts for the next stage. Between cycles, you keep an eye on tooling, materials, and equipment health, report issues early, and keep your station orderly and safe. By 4:30 PM, you’ve helped ship quality product on time—and you’ve made the team better by speaking up with ideas for continuous improvement.

- Feed and move raw materials safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Assist blanking operations and support progressive die processes

- Wash, oil, package, or otherwise prepare finished parts for downstream operations
- Spot and report concerns related to tooling, materials, quality, or equipment

- Contribute to continuous improvement and assist with pressroom tasks as needed
