Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for the management of programs and management information in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

• Plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative and programmatic activities of the directorate.
• Regularly assess and audit the directorate for contractual compliance and quality of services to students and prepare audit and assessment reports.
• Develop and implement procedures, affecting the directorate and subordinate departments, coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with overall center objectives.
• Direct program changes and supervise the development and implementation of programs for the department.
• Coordinate with other center staff concerning programmatic matters, including the national training contractors and training subcontractors.
• Analyze reports monthly and provide recommendations for appropriate programs modifications, direct feasibility studies to ascertain employability of students in proposed and current career offerings.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years experience required or Associate degree with at least 10 years experience, three of which must be in a managerial capacity.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
