Programming Coordinator - Appointment Setter

BrandStar Entertainment has immediate openings for full time appointment setters to join the Programming division as Programming Coordinators. This is a key role helping Producers connect with potential show participants for our award-winning national television shows including The Balancing Act, Designing Spaces, and Military Makeover.

THE POSITION

Business development responsibilities of the Programming Coordinator include:

• Initiate contact with marketing and advertising decision makers at national companies to introduce BrandStar and our shows.
• Make 80 outbound calls per day.
• Schedule phone appointments between target company and a show Producer to see if the company's brand is a match for show content and storyline concepts.
• Use online research to confirm appropriate decision makers are identified.
• Utilize multi-touch marketing efforts to schedule appointments for Producers.

This position requires cold calling and intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook to send multi-touch marketing emails and schedule appointments. All work is performed based on Eastern Time Zone of 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Required Experience:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of outbound, business-to-business, sales and/or appointment setting experience preferred
• Confident and comfortable speaking with C-Level executives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding internet research skills
• Tech savvy with an intermediate level computer proficiency required to utilize software tools. Intermediate level user of Microsoft Outlook required. Prior experience with HubSpot preferred.
• Well organized and professional
