DataStaff, Inc. is currently seeking a Programmer Analyst to fill a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Richmond, VA.
- This position is hybrid; 2 days per week will be onsite
Our client is looking for a Java full-stack developer with Spring Boot and JEE experience to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications written in Java, JEE, and JSF.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex full-stack application systems across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Maintain and upgrade the software following deployment
- Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
- Build scalable microservices using Spring Boot and event-driven patterns, ensuring alignment with cloud-native development principles
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service-oriented integrations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and secure design through the application of OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards.
- Work with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines using version control systems (GitHub) and automation tooling to support continuous delivery and deployment practices.
- Detailed knowledge of developing Oracle SQL Scripts and knowledge of persistence frameworks

This position is available on a corp to corp basis or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
