Job Title: Programmer – Advanced (12832)
Client: State of South Carolina – SCDMV
Location: Blythewood, SC 29016 - Hybrid – onsite attendance will be based on project needs and the manager's discretion
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Position Overview
Required Skills
- 6+ years of .NET and C# development experience supporting complex, enterprise-class, mission-critical business applications.
- 4+ years of government experience.
- 4+ years of experience developing application integrations with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft's software development tools and technology ecosystem.
- Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or newer versions.
- Knowledge of Visual COBOL version 7 or higher.
- Strong software troubleshooting and debugging experience in client-server environments.
- Experience collaborating with business teams and external vendors to develop requirements, technical specifications, and test plans.
