Pay Range: $35/hr - $45/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Programmatic Trafficking Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hands-on programmatic trafficking across major DSPs, creative asset management, and ad server execution and a proven ability to ensure accurate campaign setup, on-time delivery, and clean data flow for reporting and billing.

Responsibilities:

• Build and traffic campaigns, line items, and creative assets in Yahoo DSP, DV360, Amazon DSP, and similar platforms, as well as in CM360.
• Apply established naming conventions and 3P tagging requirements across platforms and ad servers.
• Conduct QA of campaign builds to confirm setup accuracy and data flow into internal dashboards.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure full delivery against flight dates and budgets, recommending optimizations and makegoods when needed.
• Support monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation, partnering with BI teams to resolve data or naming issues.
• Assist with billing accuracy, including invoice tracking and submission.
• Communicate campaign progress, findings, and platform updates to the broader marketing group.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic advertising and major DSPs (e.g., Yahoo DSP, DV360, Amazon DSP).
• Proficiency with ad servers, especially CM360, and 3P tagging workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with proven QA and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to monitor pacing and performance against KPIs and budgets and propose adjustments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with campaign reconciliation, pacing dashboards, and invoice management.
• Familiarity with programmatic performance metrics, KPI frameworks, and makegood processes.
