Candidate will bring a strong understanding of program controls, general understanding of government contracting, and the ability to develop financial models and reports based on corporate guidance and program requirementsTasking will include:Review incurred costs and forecast future expenditures using labor productivity, material price forecasts, subcontract agreements, and other relevant data to provide timely financial updates to program leadershipDevelop project budgets, baselines, and funding – while considering schedules and deliverablesDevelop various monthly reports to include the Contract Funds Status Report, Monthly Status Report, and Funds and Man Hour Expenditure ReportTrack Contract and Subcontract Mods and update spreadsheets accordinglySupport pricing and proposal activitiesWork closely with Program Operations staff and Corporate Financial staff to collect and track consistent data. Ensure all documents are accurate and formatted correctlyKeep records of deliverables, auditable transactions, and trainings relating to program operationsRequired Qualifications:Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet requirements to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree in Business (or relevant discipline) and at least 1 year of experience in program controls or related role supporting a federal contractor (additional experience may substitute for degree)Demonstrated experience with MS OfficePreferred candidate will have a strong analytical ability, including using scripting tools to develop relevant financial reportsExperience with Deltek is a plusSome travel will be required (up to 10%) About Corvid:Corvid Technologies is an engineering firm specializing in using high-fidelity, computational modeling and simulation to analyze, design and manufacture products for aerospace, DoD, and commercial customers.

Corvid is adding a dedicated Program Support Specialist to work with our Huntsville-based Range Engineering program management team. Corvid's Range Engineering division provides end-to-end engineering and integration solutions, dedicated to the operational success and continuous modernization of critical data collection infrastructure.
