    We are actively recruiting for a Program Support Specialist for our Public Water Supply Bureau.

    This Program Support Specialist performs high-level administrative services and program support by conducting research, preparing and editing documents, handling communications and information requests, conducting web site maintenance, providing data and records management. This position performs support functions such as preparing correspondence, proofing materials, mail processing, assisting visitors, managing main phone lines, arranging conference calls, and making arrangements for travel, meetings, or events.

    The position includes a career ladder for professional development and pay progression.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • One year or relevant experience with demonstrated skill in the use of office software and equipment.
    • Some college or post-high school education or training preferred.
    • May require current valid Driver''s License and clean driving record in accordance with State of Montana Vehicle Use Policy
