• Expert on Microsoft office Tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, Vlookups, and data analysis)
• Strong analytical and data validation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Advanced Smartsheet reporting and dashboard experience
• Experience working with SuccessFactors or similar Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
• Experience creating and maintaining compliance dashboards and metrics
• Experience gathering, cleaning, and reconciling data from multiple sources
