Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)

Supervisor, Children’s Day Treatment Program (DTP)

The Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision and leadership for the Children’s Day Treatment Program (DTP). This role oversees the intake process, ongoing treatment services, and ensures that medical records are complete, accurate, and reflective of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision for intake, assessment, and ongoing treatment of DTP clients.

  • Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, timely, and compliant with standards of care and regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise and maintain high-quality documentation, including progress notes, clinical reports, and other required records.

  • Ensure all cases meet criteria for admission to the DTP and continued stay through regular and ongoing case review.

  • Meet regularly with staff to provide clinical guidance, administrative direction, and program updates.

  • Assist the Program Manager in departmental meetings, held at least twice per month or as needed, to review operational, clinical, and client-related matters.

  • Ensure the DTP site complies with all applicable regulatory and licensing requirements.

  • Support performance improvement efforts by analyzing program data and recommending updates to policies and procedures, under the direction and approval of the Program Manager.

Required experience: 

  • Minimum of five years of experience working in an inpatient/outpatient mental health treatment setting with adolescent and young adult populations

  • Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.

  • Certification/licensure: Psy.D., Ph.D., LCSW, LMHC

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
