Program Supervisor

Position: Program Supervisor Reports to: Program Director Salary: $47, 611/year Status: Full-time/Salaried/Exempt POSITION SUMMARY: CLO is seeking a driven, initiative-taking individual to provide supervision to a team of staff as well as consumers at our Medically fragile location. Responsibilities are both managerial and programmatic in nature including program planning, financial monitoring, program evaluation, personnel management, and facility management.

Position: Program Supervisor Reports to: Program Director Salary: $47, 611/year Status: Full-time/Salaried/Exempt POSITION SUMMARY: CLO is seeking a driven, initiative-taking individual to provide supervision to a team of staff as well as consumers at our Medically fragile location . This position will directly oversee the daily operations of group home and SIL settings serving individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Responsibilities are both managerial and programmatic in nature including program planning, financial monitoring, program evaluation, personnel management, and facility management. HOURS: Monday-Friday with on-call rotation. Some weekends and/or evenings are necessary. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Five years combination of related higher education and experience required. Previous supervisory experience highly desired. Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Clinical experience writing goals and objectives and/or person-entered plans. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and/or evenings, when necessary. Ability to initiate and communicate effectively using positive, proactive language. Technical and descriptive writing skills necessary. Valid drivers license with a good driving record and reliable transportation required.
