    Description

    Concern Housing is seeking a  Program Supervisor for the CTAP Program to be responsible for the overall supervision of the CTAP program and responsible for managing the program in a manner that promotes client growth, safety, and the effective delivery of rehabilitation services. 

    Days/Hours: Tuesday - Friday; 9am - 5pm & Saturday; 8am - 4pm

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the provision of direct care services; manage caseloads accordingly; provide direct support to clients during times of staffing challenges.
    • Supervise program staff on a weekly basis; provide staff training as needed.
    • Ensure program compliance with agency standards of care as well as regulatory guidelines, including OMH’s licensed program requirements and Medicaid billable services, such as:
    • the provision of 6 services monthly to each client
    • Service Plans and Reviews according to due date requirements
    • the obtainment of Physician Authorizations according to due date requirements
    • Maintain up-to-date tracking systems of all documentation due dates to ensure compliance.
    • Complete periodic staff evaluations; participate in hiring and dismissal of staff.
    • Ensure staff remain in compliance with agency-issued documentation sign-offs and Relias trainings.
    • Provide 24/7 crisis intervention support.
    • Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
    • Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Community Residence Programs.

     

    Requirements: Master’s Degree preferred in Psychology, Social Work or related mental health field with at least 3 years experience working in a similar setting and/or working with people with mental illnesses.  The individual in this position must have good leadership and supervisory skills, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.  Residential experience a plus.

    Salary: $65,000/yr
