Position Summary: The Program Supervisor, WSH Program Navigation, provides leadership, supervision, and operational oversight to Weldon Supported Housing (WSH) Program Navigation staff, including Intake Coordinators and Integrated Health Coaches. This role is responsible for overseeing referrals, intakes, assessments, care coordination, and connections to community resources. The position is essential in ensuring effective coordination of client services across supportive housing, behavioral health, physical health, eligibility and benefits, and community-based programs. This position reports to the WSH Clinical Director and works collaboratively with organizational leadership, clinical teams, internal departments, and community partners to promote continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
