Sports Coordinator

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing high-quality youth, teen, and family sports programs that promote healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility. This position creates a positive, safe, and inclusive environment while coordinating traditional and non-traditional sports leagues, clinics, camps, and special events.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proactive, organized, and customer-focused. They build strong relationships with participants, parents, coaches, volunteers, and community partners while providing exceptional customer service. This individual demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong leadership by effectively delegating responsibilities, supporting coaches, and fostering positive connections with youth and families.
