About the Position

This Time-Limited (14) position will oversee program reporting, procurement, data entry, and contract management for the Information Services Department. The role will be responsible for coordinating and managing all departmental procurement needs, including book purchases and other resources. Responsibilities will include collecting and reporting departmental statistical data, monitoring eBook usage and trends, reviewing contracts to ensure full compliance, and preparing return on investment (ROI) reports that compare resource usage to associated costs. The position will also review patron data and coordinate appropriate data purging in accordance with established policies and procedures. In addition, this position will provide direct support to the Director of Information Services as needed and assist with other departmental programs, projects, and administrative responsibilities.
