    • Diploma or equivalent, plus two years of directly related experience.
    • Experience in various databases a plus.
    • Effective computer and communication skills in English, written, and verbal.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel.
    • Work with and report on data, spreadsheets and status of client work being done throughout UL Retail and Consumer Products fulfillment locations.
    • Perform UL and client systems data entry and extraction as well as participate in process automation projects.
    • Coordinate and compile client deliverables.
    • Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles.
    • Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc.
    • as requested by management.
    • Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL or client systems and databases as needed.
    • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
    • Performs other duties as directed.
