Key Requirements: Execute project lifecycle: lead complex manufacturing and product launch programs from Request for Quote (RFQ) through Start of Production (SOP) and serial life. 3-5+ years of direct project management or program launch experience within an automotive manufacturing or Tier-1 supplier environment.

Key Requirements:

• Execute project lifecycle: lead complex manufacturing and product launch programs from Request for Quote (RFQ) through Start of Production (SOP) and serial life
• Coordinate teams across engineering, quality control, supply chain, purchasing, and shop-floor production
• Monitor project expeditures, manage non-recurring costs (NRC), track financial performance, and oversee budget compliance
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, track critical paths, and keep production milestones on target
• Conduct risk assessments, build contingency plans, and manage engineering change requests
• Uphold core automotive standards, including advance product quality planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) protocols
• Act as the main point of contact for external clients and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical/business field
• 3-5+ years of direct project management or program launch experience within an automotive manufacturing or Tier-1 supplier environment
• Strong familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, lean manufacturing, and shop-floor industrialization processes
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel), MS Project, and ERP systems like SAP
