About the Client & Project We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Management Lead to join the Program, Project & Service Management team for a leading client in the Health & Life Sciences industry.
The client is focused on providing health and well-being services to improve the quality of life for its members.
The selected candidate will lead complex Enterprise AI initiatives, focusing on Agentic AI and Generative AI (GenAI), while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful program delivery and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of complex Enterprise AI initiatives, capabilities, and business use cases.
- Manage overall program/project delivery to achieve defined business objectives and outcomes.
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including risks, assumptions, issues, and action items.
- Coordinate activities across product, engineering, data, operations, and business teams.
- Facilitate decision-making and drive resolution of cross-functional issues and dependencies.
- Establish delivery cadences, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and governance activities.
- Ensure requirements, dependencies, assumptions, and implementation considerations are clearly understood and documented.
- Support testing, implementation, operational readiness, and post-launch transition activities.
- Drive accountability, ownership, and follow-through across stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise, strategic guidance, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Influence key decisions and provide solutions that can be implemented across multiple teams and business groups.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)- Agentic AI: 3+ years of experience.
- Generative AI (GenAI): 3+ years of experience.
- Project / Program Management: 3+ years of experience managing complex projects and enterprise initiatives.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience driving enterprise AI initiatives from planning through implementation and delivery.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, governance, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Agentic AI design and architecture.
- Understanding of AI Agents and Agent Orchestration.
- Experience managing enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Master-level proficiency in Program / Project Management.
- Strong proficiency in Scope Management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Agentic Design, Agent Orchestration, and AI Agents.
Education Bachelor's Degree Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a senior Program/Project Management professional with strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives. The candidate should have the ability to lead enterprise-level AI programs, manage cross-functional teams, drive execution, influence stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of AI-driven business solutions within the Health & Life Sciences industry.
