Clearance Required: Active Secret 

Education: BA/BS degree

Experience Required: Over 5 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. 

Functional Description:
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives, performing comprehensive management, technical, and business case analyses
  • Analyzes and tracks program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with milestones.
  • Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, or project acquisition and product programs.
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
  • Participates actively in IPT meetings, with the capability to complete status briefs, draft official memos, and handle high-level correspondence.
  • Supports the IPT by scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing essential program data.
  • Assists in the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and generates Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) within the AMS CDRL Tool
  • Manages procurement in PMT and develops, manages, and creates Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) and PID packages
  • Coordinates and prepares actions required by Procurement Planning Conferences (PPCs) and manages the routing and tracking of Planning Agreements.
  • Inputs, tracks, and reports on PMT actions, milestones, and program status.
  • Develops and coordinates program documentation, required acquisition documents, and program budget/resource plans.
  • Assists in creating and updating spend plans using CSPT and Resource Management Tools (RMTs), facilitating spend plan tracking and ensuring alignment between SPID entries and the IPT strategy.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary.  Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
