Program & Portfolio Manager We're seeking a Program & Portfolio Manager to establish and lead our Project and Program Management function across two business verticals and three horizontal teams.
What You'll Do
Implement and manage our project management platform (Notion), creating a single source of truth for initiatives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and decisions. Partner with Executive and Director-level leaders to drive planning, execution, and accountability. Facilitate weekly stand-ups, operational reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions. Build RACI frameworks, governance processes, and executive reporting that improve alignment and delivery.
What You Bring- Proven program/project management leadership experience across multi-team organizations
- Notion super-user / administration experience
- Strong cross-functional facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building RACIs, governance structures, and portfolio-level reporting
- Track record improving operational execution and team accountability
Location: Charlotte, NC preferred; remote considered for the right candidate.
