PGS Worldwide is seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst in Marietta, Georgia for a one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will support development and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, proposal schedules, Earned Value Management activities, critical-path analysis, and cross-functional program execution.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs.
  • 5+ years of experience with Critical Path Methodology and schedule network analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience with Deltek Open Plan scheduling software.
  • 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • 5+ years of experience with Milestones Professional software.
  • Experience with schedule-control processes.
  • Experience supporting complex proposal development.
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits.
  • Experience integrating scheduling activities with project or program management.
  • Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.
  • Experience with Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDAR).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prepare program status reports, metrics, and presentations.
  • Ability to work across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and other program functions.
  • Demonstrated hands-on program planning and scheduling experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working independently across technical teams and developing an understanding of complex technical products.
  • Experience supporting capture activities, research and development programs, and production scheduling.
  • Experience identifying and managing dependencies across program functions.
  • Additional experience supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Support proposal schedule development.
  • Review and support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
  • Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule-network development and analysis.
  • Monitor schedule performance and identify events that may affect contractual commitments, delivery, or cost.
  • Support Earned Value Management activities.
  • Provide risk and opportunity analysis input.
  • Coordinate schedules and dependencies across Integrated Product Teams.
  • Work across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and related program organizations.
  • Support schedule-control processes, program reviews, audits, and project-management integration.
  • Prepare schedule status reports, metrics, and presentations for program leadership.

Work Schedule / Shift

  • Full-time onsite in Marietta, Georgia.
  • Overtime may be available as required.

Pay

  • Up to $130.00 per hour.
