What You'll DoAs a Program Marketer, you'll be the face of our organization in the community, responsible for growing referral volume and strengthening our market presence by:Building and expanding relationships with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare professionals throughout your assigned territoryIdentifying, targeting, and developing new referral sources while nurturing existing partnershipsConducting face-to-face meetings and presentations to physicians and healthcare offices to promote program services and new offeringsDeveloping and executing strategic territory plans designed to maximize growth and market sharePartnering closely with the Program Director to identify opportunities and implement business development initiativesPlanning and hosting educational events, community outreach programs, lunch-and-learns, and networking functionsManaging territory data, prospect lists, referral activity, and growth opportunities for maximum impactRepresenting the organization at community events, healthcare forums, and professional gatheringsServing as a trusted resource for referral partners by maintaining consistent communication and exceptional customer serviceWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou are a motivated self-starter with the confidence to build relationships and the drive to achieve results.
