Description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of defense manufacturing programs. The majority of the work supports Department of Defense customers and involves cable assemblies, wire harnesses, box builds, and other complex electromechanical systems. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple programs from contract award through final delivery while serving as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires ownership of schedule, cost, communication, risk management, and overall program execution. The Project Manager will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. They will also support contract reviews, customer communications, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Because the organization continues to evolve and grow, this role offers a unique opportunity to help improve and refine processes across departments. The ideal candidate will enjoy creating structure, driving accountability, and helping establish best practices within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Programs are typically valued between $15M and $25M and require a highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $62.50/hr.
