    Summary:
    The Program Manager is responsible for how services are delivered including administrative functions, quality assurance and compliance as well as staff management.
     
    Essential Functions:
     
    Strategic Thinking
     
    Implements overall program strategy
    o Assists with growing program services and needs are met
    o Translates organizational strategy into program activities and goals.
    o Monitors and reports program goal progress
    o Adapts program operations when changes arise
     
    Effective Process Management & Operations
    o Oversees daily program operations
    o Appropriately handles people and/or process issues including emergency situations
    o Participates in creation of budget and ensures adherence (includes billing and utilization as necessary)
    o Reconciles accounts/petty cash/credit cards
     
    Compliance and Quality
    o Completes and submits reports accurately and timely
    o Ensures staff is properly trained on service delivery and are held accountable for compliance
    o Proactively collaborates with all LADD departments and regulatory agencies Models The LADD Way (TLW) and supervises direct reports ensuring their performance is aligned with TLW and the policies and practices set for the department
    o Ensure staff have what they need to deliver excellent/exceptional services to person served
    o Leads performance management for direct reports
    o Participates in performance management for indirect reports
    o Proactively collaborates with the HR team
    o Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
    o Represents LADD to the public in a positive manner as appropriate
     
    Stays up to date on industry practices and ensures appropriate ongoing training of current staff Keeps up-to-date on all relevant training and certifications Program Manager 
     
    AdditionalResponsibilities
     
    Plans and updates activity calendar
    Fills in for staff when necessary
    Attends internal and external meetings and events as necessary
    Hires and trains staff as necessary
     
    Education/Skills & Experience:
     
    -Associates degree in business or a related field and;
    -Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience or a minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience
    -Excellent interpersonal skills across diverse individuals and groups
    -Demonstrated superior supervisory skills Ability to appropriately delegate tasks
    -Flexibility and adaptability
    -Organized and detail oriented
    -Ability to use a computer and other related office equipment
    -Maintain all required certifications
    -Sound risk management decision making
    -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software application platforms
    -Demonstrates adaptability and ability to appropriately problem solve
    -Ability and willingness to advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equity at all levels of the organization
     
    Work Environment & Physical Demands
     
    -Work schedule will normally be Monday through Friday and may include weekends and/or evenings
    -Job will include being in an office environment as well as remote sites; and will require travel to other locations
