Title: Program Manager V
We are looking for a Program Manager V to serve as the operational backbone of a newly formed, cross-functional program focused on AI-enabled marketing intelligence, workflow optimization, and scalable program operations. This role will be responsible for building the execution infrastructure that turns strategy into measurable outcomes, including operating rhythms, dependency management, stakeholder communications, AI-driven coordination workflows, and reusable playbooks.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Establish and manage the program operating rhythm, including recurring syncs, status reporting, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams, identify conflicts, facilitate solutions, and ensure follow-through.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and other partner teams.
- Design and pilot AI- and automation-driven workflows for dependency tracking, status rollups, intake routing, and program coordination.
- Develop reusable playbooks, process documentation, and system blueprints that can be adopted by other teams.
- Lead cross-cutting initiatives spanning multiple teams or workstreams.
- Create structure, governance, and scalable processes in ambiguous or newly established environments.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program management experience, preferably within technology, marketing, advertising, analytics, or similar environments.
- Demonstrated experience developing and applying AI capabilities such as prompt engineering, agent orchestration, workflow automation, or automation design.
- Proven track record of defining new functions, operating models, processes, or organizational capabilities within emerging technology environments.
- Experience within the marketing, advertising, or digital advertising ecosystem.
- Strong cross-functional program leadership skills with the ability to drive outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive updates, playbooks, stakeholder communications, and program documentation.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with experience building scalable processes rather than relying on manual coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into workflows and deliver measurable operational improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting AI-driven, marketing technology, advertising technology, or analytics-related programs.
- Experience building programs, governance structures, or operational capabilities from the ground up.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics organizations.
- Previous experience within a large-scale technology or digital advertising organization.
- Experience producing reusable frameworks or playbooks adopted across multiple teams.
