    Spry Methods is seeking a Program Manager (PM) serves as the Contractor’s senior representative responsible for the overall management, oversight, quality, and execution of all contract activities. The PM provides leadership across cybersecurity, intelligence analysis, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, operations enablement, and mission support functions while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, performance standards, security policies, and Government directives. The PM serves as the primary interface between Contractor leadership and Government stakeholders, managing personnel, subcontractors, program performance, risk, schedule, deliverables, and customer communications.

     

    What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

    • Provide overall management and oversight of all program activities, personnel, and subcontractors.
    • Serve as the primary interface between Government stakeholders and contractor leadership, ensuring clear and timely communication.
    • Manage staffing, workforce planning, schedules, milestones, deliverables, performance metrics, and financial execution.
    • Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, staffing plans, organizational charts, and transition plans.
    • Prepare monthly status reports, executive briefings, performance updates, and required contract documentation.
    • Monitor program quality, contract compliance, risks, and corrective actions to ensure efficient and successful performance.
    • Lead kickoff meetings, technical status reviews, and stakeholder coordination meetings.
    • Proactively identify and address contractual, staffing, schedule, performance, and resource issues.
    • Ensure all program requirements are completed in accordance with the PWS, security requirements, and Government direction.

    What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

    •  Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, or related field

    • Ten (10) years of experience managing programs or projects of comparable size, scope, and complexity

    • Five (5) years of experience overseeing workforce planning and determining manpower requirements across diverse technical labor categories

    • Five (5) years of experience performing financial management, program performance monitoring, and metrics analysis on Government contracts

    • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams supporting cybersecurity, intelligence, IT, or mission-support environments

    • Strong knowledge of risk management, quality assurance, performance metrics, schedule management, and contract compliance

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience briefing senior Government and contractor leadership

    Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

     
    • Familiarity with collaborative information sharing environments and partner-driven intelligence exchange models  
    • Experience working with threat intelligence platforms, analytic tools, and data aggregation technologies  
    • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance standards, and reporting requirements  
    • Experience developing or contributing to cyber threat reporting, trend analysis, or intelligence products  
    • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement activities, including briefings, working groups, or partner coordination  
    • Experience mentoring analysts or contributing to team development and analytic tradecraft improvement 
    Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, clearance level, and contract requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.
