    Are you passionate about building customer trust and protecting online shoppers? Join our team as a Program Manager for a key customer trust feature in Amazon stores worldwide. You"ll play a crucial role in safeguarding our product pages and enhancing the shopping experience.

    In this position, you"ll collaborate with multiple teams to drive positive changes in our product. You"ll drive AI implementation and automation strategies and implement solutions to address complex challenges. Your work will directly impact millions of customers, ensuring they have a safe and trustworthy shopping experience on Amazon.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Developing automation strategies and driving AI implementation to enhance operational efficiency and scale risk detection capabilities.
    • Partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements, shape product roadmaps, and deliver solutions that improve the customer experience.
    • Leveraging data analysis and machine learning insights to proactively identify trends, predict emerging risks, and prevent issues before they impact customers.
    • Leading cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and continuously improve our risk management operations.
    • Drafting and presenting deep-dive documents and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex findings into actionable next steps.

    A day in the life

    • Identifying opportunities to automate risk detection and enforcement processes, reducing manual intervention and improving response times.
    • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to test, refine, and deploy automated solutions that address emerging risk patterns.
    • Analyzing automation performance metrics to measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and iterate on existing workflows.
    • Developing and maintaining documentation on automated systems, including decision logic, escalation paths, and performance benchmarks.
