Program Manager, Technical Services Delivery

Oversees multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering value through effective coordination and leadership. Acts as a strategic orchestrator, managing resources, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of projects from initiation through closure (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Manage scope, schedule, and quality of deliverables
• Develop and execute SOWs, manage change control
• Own customer engagement, build trust, and manage expectations
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Identify and manage project risks/issues, develop mitigation plans
• Deliver structured communications, status reports, and presentations
• Facilitate meetings and ensure transparency
• Use digital tools for project management and reporting
• Advocate for customer needs and escalate concerns
• Demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving, and strategic thinking

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) preferred
