Title: Program Manager - Tech - Lead
Location: Hybrid – Open to all Client locations
Duration: 14 months contract
Salary Range: $50-60/hr on W2 without benefits

Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support a major DFS Integration – Network Conversion workstream. This role involves leading complex technology programs, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful execution across Product, Engineering, and other business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)
8 years of experience in technology program/project management or a related field.
Strong experience managing large-scale technology programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience partnering directly with Engineering and Technology teams.
Strong knowledge of program roadmaps, dependency management, risk/issue management, and governance.
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.
Financial services, banking, payments, or credit card industry experience.
Experience with large-scale platform or system integrations.
Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)
Define and manage program execution, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery transparency across multiple workstreams.
Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure timely program delivery.
Partner closely with Engineering leaders to support technical decision-making and ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and maintainable.
