Program Manager - Tech - Lead

Partner with engineering leaders to influence technical decision-making, ensuring platform scalability, resilience, and long-term maintainability are successfully tested and validated. Define and manage program execution and roadmap transparency, including tech builds and dependency mapping, risk escalation, and program routines.

Our client, a Financial company, is looking for a Program Manager - Tech - Lead for their Richmond¸ VA location.
 
Responsibilities:

• This role is to support our Discover Integration - Network Conversion workstream.
• Define and manage program execution and roadmap transparency, including tech builds and dependency mapping, risk escalation, and program routines
• Partner with engineering leaders to influence technical decision-making, ensuring platform scalability, resilience, and long-term maintainability are successfully tested and validated
• Drive alignment between product strategy and engineering platform capabilities by coordinating across multiple LOB stakeholders and testing teams

 
Requirements:

• Customer Resiliency
• Collections and Recovery process
• Lot of technical integrations on the Discover platforms and looking into it to identify the best platform
• Data migration from client eco system to Discover eco system
• Lot of data transformations, complexities, integrations etc
• Hands on Sr. Tech Project Managers wit strong Project Management, Technology, Data, and excellent communications background
• 1 Role Support Customer Resiliency and the Other 4 roles support to Discover conversion
• Project Management / Program Management exp is a must
• Strong Technology background
• Strong Data background
• Jira exp is a must
• Data background is the key
• Ex client is a huge plus
• AWS / Cloud Native
• Excellent Communications
