Description

Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on emergency response and temporary housing, is looking to hire a Program Manager & Team Coordinator for a remote opportunity.

Pay Rate Range: $30/hr to $39/hr W2

Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple programs and projects, including marketing/creative campaigns, social content, and end-of-year initiatives

  • Manage project timelines, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather updates and ensure action items are completed

  • Maintain project plans, documentation, trackers, and team resources

  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, and status updates

  • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies

  • Support senior Program Managers across cross-functional initiatives

  • Partner with the Executive Assistant on team events, offsites, swag, and culture initiatives

  • Help plan and coordinate offsites and team activities for groups of 60+ employees

  • Support the development and improvement of team processes and operational tools

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Project Coordination, Program Operations, Operations, or a related field; flexibility based on transferable experience

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and multiple priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity

  • Ability to learn quickly and take ownership while supporting senior team members

  • Strong relationship-building and follow-through skills

  • Experience with project/program management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar is a plus

  • Experience with nonprofit, social impact, marketing, events, creative, operations, or technology environments is a plus

  • Genuine interest in mission-driven or nonprofit work
