Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager Specialist to support the design, implementation, and optimization of processes for a large-scale program within our division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with leadership and stakeholders. This role is with a focus on driving collaboration, productivity, and success across the division.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve program efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes across the division.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance existing processes.
• Engage with team leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process design.
• Provide training and support to teams on new processes to ensure smooth adoption and execution.
• Track process performance and report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further optimization.

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a business-focused program manager.
• Proven experience in process development and program coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present effectively to leadership.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in a large-scale program or project environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in process management tools and software is a plus.

Pay Range: $75.00 - $80.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
