    Title: Program Manager Specialist (PMO)
    Duration: 3 months possible extension
    Location: McLean, VA fully onsite

    About:
    Responsible for supporting the effort to design, implement, and optimize processes for a large-scale program that supports the division and its teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a strategic mindset, enabling them to create efficient processes that enhance collaboration, productivity, and success across the division.

    Key Responsibilities:
    " Process Development: Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve program efficiency.
    " Program Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes across the division.
    " Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and best practices.
    " Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance existing processes.
    " Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process design.
    " Training and Support: Provide training and support to teams on new processes to ensure smooth adoption and execution.
    " Monitoring and Reporting: Track process performance and report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further optimization.

    Qualifications:
    " Proven experience in process development and program coordination.
    " Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    " Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    " Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    " Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    " Experience in a large-scale program or project environment is preferred. " Proficiency in process management tools and software is a plus.
