STATUS:WORK SCHEDULE: 32-40 hours a week
The following essential job functions comprise a summary of job duties, requirements, and responsibilities contained in the job description prepared for this position. The job description will serve as the primary document in the selection and hiring process; and constitutes the context for incumbent job performance and evaluation. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
Oversees the operations of group homes and personnel; 
Reviews and monitors program data collection; 
Monitors all client medical charts; 
Escalated Staff supervision 
Conduct annual trainings ensure trainings are up to date;
Attends staff meeting, providing input and ideas; 
Maintains communication with family and friends of clients; 
Complete quarterly report and annual ISP’s (uploading in WAMS) in a timely manner;
Attend annual ISP meetings;
Attends HSAG meetings/ensure compliance and completes compliance reports
Attends prescribed training for programs, DBHDS training also;
Attends applicant interviews and performance evaluations; 
Attend intake meetings
Responds to emergency situations as needed; 
Performs related duties as assigned; 
Participates in Licensing review. 
Addresses allegations in Chris 
Acts as liaison, advocate, and coordinator for individuals;
Monitor staff performance management, including evaluations and developmental plans, disciplinary actions, etc., for all program staff as scheduled. 
 Supervise staff training and development through teaching, acting as a role model and guiding staff on how to appropriately work with and interact with consumers, other staff, families, and guardians. 
Orientation of new employees;(DSP Training)
Present and implement all agency policies and procedures. 
Participate in the interviewing and hiring of new staff. 
Inform supervisor as needed about pertinent issues. 
Attend/chair as needed manager, supervisory and staff meetings; ensure dissemination of all information to staff and others.
