ROLE SUMMARY
The Program Manager oversees the delivery of large, enterprise-wide initiatives that align with business objectives. This role involves translating strategic goals into clear, executable plans across multiple workstreams. The manager will be responsible for program outcomes, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring technical execution delivers measurable business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Develop and manage integrated program and project plans, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Assess program health continuously, identify risks, and adjust plans proactively.
• Serve as the primary accountability point for program outcomes, performance, and risk management.
• Partner with executives to align priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders, translating technical details into business implications.
• Manage external vendors and partners to meet program goals and deliverables.
• Define and oversee program governance, decision-making structures, and operating rhythms.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proven success managing large, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect program delivery to strategic outcomes.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear business language.
• Exceptional leadership, judgment, and emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
• PMP certification is required; Prosci Change Management or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across organizational levels and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to and influence executive stakeholders.
