  Description:

  We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise program in a multi-shore delivery environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Agile programs, driving governance, reporting, performance metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams across onsite, offshore, and client locations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, program ownership, and leadership of large, globally distributed teams.

  Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver large, complex enterprise programs.
• Own overall program governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Lead Agile program execution across multiple workstreams.
• Manage senior client stakeholders and executive communications.
• Coordinate onsite, offshore, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Monitor program health, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards for reporting and tracking.
• Drive program recovery initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead large, multicultural, multi-shore teams to achieve business objectives.
