Partner closely with Technology, Business, Product Management, Operations Excellence and other stakeholders to deliver strong customer and business outcomes."
Identify process gaps, establish or streamline governance processes, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Oversee implementation of new products ensuring delivery quality, regulatory compliance and appropriate risk mitigation.
Coordinate and Manage operational risk events, corrective action plans, during project delivery
Serve as an escalation point for issues and incidents, coordinating resolution across cross-functional teams.
Base Salary Range : $110,000 to $145,000 Per Annum
