Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA/RTP, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end AI and GenAI transformation initiatives, building NLP and LLM‑based solutions, and delivering scalable, business‑aligned AI systems.
Rate Range: $45/Hour to $53/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Lead AI and GenAI transformation initiatives, driving adoption of machine learning and NLP solutions across business domains.
Build, train, and deploy ML/DL and GenAI models (LLMs, NLP, chatbots) using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Perform data collection, EDA, and feature engineering on structured and unstructured datasets to generate insights.
Design and deploy scalable AI services using FastAPI, Docker, and cloud platforms.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage programs, and align AI solutions with business objectives.
Drive research, POCs, and innovation experiments in GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI roles with leadership exposure.
Strong hands-on expertise in NLP and GenAI (LLMs such as BERT, GPT, Hugging Face, transformers) with advanced Python and SQL skills.
Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives, managing programs, and deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) while mentoring teams.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
